12/27/05: Water and Sewer installation begins   1/07/06 :  Work Party ..and man did they work!   1/09/06:   Trench cut in brewery floor and excavated                Disassembled brewery @ 720 Main   1/12/06:  Trench drain fit to trench    1/13/06:   Busy Day!  Backfill/cement drains in place,                      walk throughs with Plumber & Electricians,                plus painting!   1/16/09:   Painting the brewery area.   1/17/06:   Floors to be started by today. Drain to be                  completed   1/19/06:   Rigger's scheduled to move Brewhouse and                Fermenters.  Sewer line drug - floors continued.   1/20/06:   Floors, Continued   1/26/06:   Floors Completed and Brewhouse put in place.                Electrical work begin   1/31/06:   Another Big Day - Walk in Refrigerator                Delivered, Gas meter and back flow preventer                installed.  Final departure from Thorton Drive.   2/3/06:     Fermenters put in place.   2/4/06:     Work Crew - Take 2.  Building the wall by the                  Brew house. Building the Walk in. Painting   2/13/06:   Cleaning up ALOT and Brewing Batch #1   2/25/06:   Finishing up the Retail center   3/3/06:     VIP and Friends & Family Grand Opening   3/4/06:     Public Grand Opening
